For the best result, we recommend that you export your
editorial to Adobe® Acrobat PDF before
submiting it online. Acrobat PDF (Portable Document Format)
is a universal file format that preserves the fonts, images, graphics, and
layout of any source document, regardless of the application and platform
used to create it. Adobe® PDF files are compact and complete,
and can be shared, viewed, and printed by anyone with free
Adobe Reader® software. Please embed
all of the fonts in your PDF file.
You can purchase Adobe® Acrobat in
your local computer store or purchase it online (around
$200). You can also use low-cost alternative to PDF: FinePrint
pdfFactory ($50).

If you use standard Windows platform fonts (Arial, Times New
Roman, Tahomas, Verdana...) you can submit it in Microsoft
Word or Adobe® PageMaker (version 7 or lower). We can't guarantee
results in these formats.
Before uploading your file, please compress it to Zip format
to reduce the transfer time. Files can not be bigger than 8MB.
